Sell or Stay is a free financial decision tool operated by Manny Menezes, Broker of Record with Innovate Real Estate. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you use the calculator, the details you enter, such as your estimated home value, mortgage balance, and assumptions, are stored in your browser so you can return to your results. If you request a review, download a report, or contact us, we collect the name, email, phone, property address, and message you provide, as well as the calculator inputs and results summary associated with that request.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to respond to your request, prepare a personal review or comparative market analysis, send you the results you ask for, and follow up by your preferred contact method. We do not sell your information. We may use aggregated, non-identifying data to understand how the tool is used and improve it.
Text and email consent
SMS consent is optional and separate from email. Where you opt in, you authorize us to send text messages about your request. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or contacting us using the details below. Message and data rates may apply.
Data retention
We keep lead and contact submissions for as long as needed to respond to your request and provide follow-up. You may ask us to review or delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can use the calculator without submitting any contact information. You choose whether to request a review, whether to receive your results by email, and whether to consent to texts. You can clear your saved calculator inputs from your browser at any time.
